Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and generate reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Handle VAT filings and other tax-related matters.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
Qualifications:
Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, ACCA, CMA).
Minimum of 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and international accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
