Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Asico Real Estate LLC located in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements. They will also ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, and provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
Qualifications
▪ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
▪ Min. 4 years of experience in Senior Accountant into Real Estate Industry
▪ Experience in financial reporting and analysis
▪ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
▪ Attention to detail and accuracy
▪ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

One of my clients are hiring a dynamic Logistics Executive to join our team in Dubai!
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 7500/month + Benefits as per UAE labour laws
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Monitor and oversee daily operations of the logistics department.
Coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement and Finance departments.
Conduct budget and expense analysis for logistics operations.
Optimize transportation services for cost-effectiveness.
Create logistics plans to ensure product availability.
Streamline processes from order to delivery.
Manage purchase orders and shipment materials.
Communicate effectively with shipping facilities, suppliers, and retailers.
Analyze data to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Requirements:
Knowledge of UAE Customs Regulations.
Experience with trade lanes, particularly Iraq.
Strong understanding of incoterms and their applications.
UAE driving license preferred.
Background in freight forwarding is advantageous.
