- We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding team. They will be responsible for a full recruitment cycle to ensure comprehensive manpower support to the business including connecting with potential candidates online and offline, active and non-active, headhunt, screening applications, interviewing, and supporting hiring managers with their hiring needs.
Senior Property Consultant
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
- UAE driving license and a car preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with both: sellers and buyers
- Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Confident decision maker with a “can do” attitude
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English or any other language is a plus (Hindi/Urdu are preferred)
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
