Scaffolding Contract Manager
Key Accountabilities:
- New Business Growth: Identify and go after new scaffolding business opportunities, including attracting new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Previous experience as Business Development Manager and has experience with Scaffolding, Mast climbers, Common Towers, Cradles and Construction Hoists
- Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored scaffolding solutions.
- Knowledge of CAD will be preferred
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, securing favorable terms while mitigating risks and maximizing profitability.
- Languages: English, Arabic and Hindi
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license

- نمو الأعمال الجديدة: تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة للسقالات والسعي وراءها، بما في ذلك جذب عملاء جدد وتوسيع العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين.
- خبرة سابقة كمدير تطوير الأعمال ولديه خبرة في السقالات ومتسلقي الصاري والأبراج المشتركة والحوامل ورافعات البناء
- شراكات العملاء: بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها من خلال فهم احتياجاتهم وأهدافهم لتوفير حلول سقالات مخصصة.
- سيكون من المفضل معرفة CAD
- التفاوض على الصفقات: التفاوض على شروط العقود والاتفاقيات مع العملاء، وتأمين الشروط المواتية مع تخفيف المخاطر وزيادة الربحية.
- اللغات: الإنجليزية والعربية والهندية
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
- رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول
