.1 Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in the field of Quantity Surveying in Construction Work.
.2 Cost Estimator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 Years of Experience in Cost Estimation & Project Cost Control for the Building Construction Business.
- Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
- High-level mathematical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
.3 Cost Control Engineer
Requirements:
- Prepare Job Budget by activity based on the contractual documents.
- Provide a summary of the budget by resources (Material Manpower, subcontract, Equipment and overhead).
- Calculate the monthly Cost Report and calculate the actual Cost and Cost to Complete all ongoing jobs.
- Coordinate with the Relevant Department.
- Prepare Comparisons between Budget cost and Estimated cost based on the Contract documents.
- Highlight any costs that are not within budget.
- Highlight Potential areas where cost can be claimed.
- Revise the Job budget with approval by Management to accommodate the items that are missing from the approved Job budget or Variation.
- Verifies Quantities on Material Requisition Forms received from the site to ensure that they are within the budget.
- Verifies the rate in LPO received from Procurements Investigates the source and cause of over-budget items and prepares the supporting Reports.
- Supervise the entry of Delivery notes and Subcontract payment certificates in the System.
- Verifies Subcontract payment certificate.

- Computer Skills (Especially in Excel)
- Good communication skills in English

- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال مسح الكميات في أعمال البناء.
.2 مقدر التكلفة
متطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- 10-15 عامًا من الخبرة في تقدير التكلفة والتحكم في تكلفة المشروع لأعمال تشييد المباني.
- معرفة متقدمة بعمليات البناء والهندسة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات/الرسومات.
- مهارات رياضية عالية المستوى.
- مهارات الاتصال اللفظي والكتابي جيدة.
.3 مهندس مراقبة التكاليف
متطلبات:
- إعداد ميزانية الوظيفة حسب النشاط بناءً على المستندات التعاقدية.
- تقديم ملخص للميزانية حسب الموارد (القوى العاملة المادية، العقد من الباطن، المعدات والنفقات العامة).
- احسب تقرير التكلفة الشهري واحسب التكلفة الفعلية والتكلفة لإكمال جميع المهام الجارية.
- التنسيق مع الإدارة المختصة.
- قم بإعداد مقارنات بين تكلفة الميزانية والتكلفة المقدرة بناءً على وثائق العقد.
- قم بتسليط الضوء على أي تكاليف ليست ضمن الميزانية.
- تسليط الضوء على المجالات المحتملة حيث يمكن المطالبة بالتكلفة.
- قم بمراجعة ميزانية الوظيفة بموافقة الإدارة لاستيعاب العناصر المفقودة من ميزانية الوظيفة المعتمدة أو التغيير.
- التحقق من الكميات في نماذج طلب المواد الواردة من الموقع للتأكد من أنها في حدود الميزانية.
- التحقق من معدل أمر الشراء المحلي المستلم من المشتريات والتحقيق في مصدر وسبب البنود الزائدة عن الميزانية وإعداد التقارير الداعمة.
- الإشراف على إدخال مذكرات التسليم وشهادات دفع العقد من الباطن في النظام.
- التحقق من شهادة دفع العقد من الباطن.
