Job Purpose
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage contracts throughout the lifecycle of our varied projects. You will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role is vital for ensuring legal alignment, financial control, and project success.Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including consultancy agreements and construction contractsEnsure contracts adhere to company policies, legal standards, and specific project requirements
Monitor compliance with contract terms, obligations, and deliverables across all parties
Manage and administer variations, claims, and extensions of time in line with contractual frameworks
Prepare tender documents for construction works
Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts, reducing potential liabilities
Maintain thorough knowledge of FIDIC and local construction regulations
Collaborate with legal, commercial, and project management teams to align terms with project goals
Maintain clear and accurate records of all contractual documents and amendments
Requirements
Strong background in the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or real estate sectorsProven contract negotiation and management expertise
In-depth understanding of FIDIC and UAE construction laws
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail with a risk-focused and solution-oriented mindset

بصفتك مدير عقود، ستشرف على العقود وتديرها طوال دورة حياة مشاريعنا المتنوعة. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في ضمان الامتثال التعاقدي، والحد من المخاطر، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين. يُعد هذا الدور حيويًا لضمان التوافق القانوني، والرقابة المالية، ونجاح المشروع.المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إعداد ومراجعة والتفاوض على العقود بما في ذلك اتفاقيات الاستشارات وعقود البناء.التأكد من التزام العقود بسياسات الشركة والمعايير القانونية ومتطلبات المشروع المحددة.
مراقبة الامتثال لشروط العقد والالتزامات والمنتجات النهائية بين جميع الأطراف.
إدارة وإدارة التغييرات والمطالبات وتمديدات الوقت بما يتماشى مع الأطر التعاقدية.
إعداد وثائق العطاءات لأعمال البناء.
تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المتعلقة بالعقود، والحد من الالتزامات المحتملة.
الحفاظ على المعرفة الكاملة بـ FIDIC واللوائح المحلية للبناء.
التعاون مع الفرق القانونية والتجارية وإدارة المشاريع لمواءمة الشروط مع أهداف المشروع.
الحفاظ على سجلات واضحة ودقيقة لجميع الوثائق والتعديلات التعاقدية.
متطلبات
خبرة قوية في قطاعات الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة والبناء (AEC) أو العقارات.خبرة مثبتة في التفاوض على العقود وإدارتها.
