 Creative Freelance Opportunity in the UAE: 3D Designers – Events Design (On-Site Role) 

Job Purpose

We are looking for highly talented 3D Designers with deep experience in events design to join our creative team on a freelance basis. This is an on-site role that requires strong conceptual and technical skills to transform ideas into stunning 3D visualizations for medium and large-scale event projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and visualize innovative event design concepts
Translate project briefs into accurate, visually compelling 3D renderings
Apply strategic and conceptual thinking to enhance creative direction
Support team alignment by clearly communicating design intent through visuals
Contribute positively to team brainstorming, critique sessions, and fast-paced design sprints

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years' experience in the events industry as a 3D Designer or in a similar role
Proven track record of working on medium to large-scale event projects
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and technical 3D design ability
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
BS degree in Architecture or related field is a plus
Ability to work in-office throughout the freelance contract duration

غرض الوظيفة

نبحث عن مصممين ثلاثيي الأبعاد موهوبين وذوي خبرة واسعة في تصميم الفعاليات للانضمام إلى فريقنا الإبداعي بشكل مستقل. يتطلب هذا الدور في الموقع مهارات مفاهيمية وتقنية قوية لتحويل الأفكار إلى تصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد مبهرة لمشاريع الفعاليات المتوسطة والكبيرة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

التعاون بشكل وثيق مع الفريق الإبداعي لتطوير وتصور مفاهيم تصميم الحدث المبتكرة.
ترجمة ملخصات المشروع إلى رسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد دقيقة وجذابة بصريًا.
تطبيق التفكير الاستراتيجي والمفاهيمي لتعزيز الاتجاه الإبداعي.
دعم محاذاة الفريق من خلال التواصل بوضوح بشأن نية التصميم من خلال المرئيات.
المساهمة بشكل إيجابي في العصف الذهني للفريق وجلسات النقد وسباقات التصميم السريعة.

متطلبات

خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال الفعاليات كمصمم ثلاثي الأبعاد أو في دور مماثل.
سجل حافل بالعمل في مشاريع الفعاليات المتوسطة إلى الكبيرة.
محفظة قوية تُظهر التميز الإبداعي والقدرة التقنية على التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد.
مهارات تفكير مفاهيمي واستراتيجي قوية.
قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة هي ميزة إضافية.
القدرة على العمل في المكتب طوال مدة العقد المستقل.
