About the job
The Role
- As an Administrative Assistant specializing in air travel and hotel booking providing services for MPC, VTE & Principals , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of travel logistics for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of air ticket and hotel reservations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company policies. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to enhance the overall effectiveness of our team.

Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: High School / Bachelor's degree.
- Years of Experience: Fresh Graduates / up to 2 years of experience.
- Field of Knowledge: Customer Service, Hotel & Air Ticket Reservations, Stationary Supplies & Courier Management.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Medical Science Liaison (Vaccine)
What you must have
- A Bachelor's degree and/or MBA.
- Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience in Vaccines sales is a must.
- Preferably, 1-2 years’ experience as MSL-Vaccines.
- Customer centric mindset.
- Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to build a selling proposition and create a win-win situation.
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic considered advantageous.
- A structured and strategic approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills.
