The Role
We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team in the UAE. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and packaging: ensure correct quantities, transport them to production areas, and report any abnormalities
- Operate processing equipment in line with standard instructions and operating procedures
- Monitor machinery to maintain desired production rates
- Conduct basic testing and release of finished products, ensuring compliance with product specifications
- Check packaging materials and labels to ensure compliance with labeling guidelines
- Package finished goods according to company quality standards and instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
- Follow all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) policies and procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education certificate, or basic educational degree
- No prior production experience required—training will be provided
- Ability to read and understand production work orders, safety protocols, and process instructions
- Basic knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحضير المواد الخام والتعبئة والتغليف: التأكد من الكميات الصحيحة، ونقلها إلى مناطق الإنتاج، والإبلاغ عن أي تشوهات
- تشغيل معدات المعالجة وفقًا للتعليمات القياسية وإجراءات التشغيل
- مراقبة الآلات للحفاظ على معدلات الإنتاج المطلوبة
- إجراء الاختبارات الأساسية وإطلاق المنتجات النهائية، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المنتج
- التحقق من مواد التغليف والملصقات للتأكد من الامتثال لإرشادات وضع العلامات
- تعبئة المنتجات النهائية وفقًا لمعايير الجودة وتعليمات الشركة
- الحفاظ على النظافة والتنظيم في مناطق العمل المخصصة
- اتبع جميع سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS)

- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة التعليم العام أو الشهادة التعليمية الأساسية
