About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to act as the key liaison between our clinic and its current and potential customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle patient inquiries effectively while ensuring top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Support: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.· Patient Engagement: Interact warmly and professionally with patients, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring they feel cared for.
· Information Accuracy: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using appropriate resources and tools.
· Advocacy: Advocate for patients by ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
· Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare-related role preferred.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, manage multiple chats or calls, and remain professional under pressure.
· Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
· Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

نبحث عن أخصائي مركز اتصال متخصص ليكون حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين عيادتنا وعملائها الحاليين والمحتملين. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات تواصل ممتازة، وتعاطفًا، وقدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات المرضى بفعالية مع ضمان خدمة عالية الجودة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
دعم العملاء: إدارة جلسات دردشة متعددة في آنٍ واحد لمعالجة استفسارات العملاء وشكاواهم وطلباتهم.إشراك المرضى: التفاعل معهم بحرارة واحترافية، وتوفير جو من الترحيب والاهتمام بهم.
دقة المعلومات: توفير معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة وكاملة باستخدام الموارد والأدوات المناسبة.
المناصرة: الدفاع عن حقوق المرضى من خلال ضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم ومخاوفهم بسرعة وفعالية. التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لحل المشكلات وتعزيز رضا المرضى بشكل عام.
إدارة العلاقات: بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، لضمان رضاهم على المدى الطويل والاحتفاظ بهم.
متطلبات
يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مراكز الاتصال، أو خدمة العملاء، أو أي مجال ذي صلة بالرعاية الصحية.مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة.
القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة، وإدارة محادثات أو مكالمات متعددة، والحفاظ على الاحترافية تحت الضغط.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، وتركيز على خدمة العملاء.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
