Job Purpose
- The Talent Acquisition Executive - Education is responsible for recruiting high-quality candidates for various positions within Gems Education. Reporting to the Team Leader this role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including qualifying job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipelining and working on assigned projects as and when required while maintaining excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring that all internal and external applicants have the best possible experience when engaging with Gems.
SEN Teacher 2024-2025
THE ROLE
- The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in effective teaching and helping students succeed. While experience in teaching the IB Primary Years Programme is preferred, outstanding teachers from any curriculum background are encouraged to apply. Alignment with the IB philosophy and commitment to the Learner Profile values are crucial. A genuine passion for working in a non-selective and culturally diverse community is also a key requirement. Additionally, the candidate should possess:
- A certified professional teaching qualification at degree level, such as B. Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent specialism in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- A minimum of 3 years varied and demonstrable experience working within SEN students, ideally within an IB curriculum school, however, this is not mandatory
