- To receive ship structure / vessel profile, stack weight, TCG, VCG etc. from shipping line and update in TOS
- Receive and capture all relevant data and information such as the BAPLIE, MOVINS and exceptions, create a plan (welcome package) after applied cut-off time for the assigned vessel/s and ensure that the same is dispatched to the respective vessel agents, chief officers at least 4 hours before ETB and ensure strict adherence to it.
- Process vessel MTY loading according to the requirement. Compare the requirement lists received from the line agent and the vessel operator, and coordinate with them if any discrepancy is found. Nominate the containers to be loaded on defined parameters like age, movement in yard, yard location, special instructions from the agent etc.
- After finalizing the plan, ensure that the PRE EDI is accurate and dispatched to the respective shipping line agent and chief officer for approval via E mail prior vessel arrival.
- Prepare vessel discrepancy report if necessary
- Compare the figures of TOS and PROMIS and keep a copy of same in share folder for future reference.
- To maximize optimization opportunities in the crane plan for Twin lift, Tandem lift, Dual Cycling etc.
- Identify all the information such as OOGs, Reefers, Break Bulk, sea-air cargo, IMOs, connection boxes, direct deliveries, re-stows, etc in a particular vessel is captured and made necessary preparations if required.
- Evaluate the vessel discharge volumes and compare with required allocation.
- Identify a range nearest to the berth and check if the identified range has sufficient space to accommodate import containers and assign locations to import containers.
- Allocate locations for transhipment containers considering the following factors:
- Berthing plan of outbound vessel and details about Port of Destination. Historic data in case of details of outbound vessel not available

نبذة عن الوصف الوظيفي
- لتلقي هيكل السفينة / ملف تعريف السفينة ووزن المكدس وTCG وVCG وما إلى ذلك من خط الشحن والتحديث في TOS
- تلقي والتقاط جميع البيانات والمعلومات ذات الصلة مثل BAPLIE وMOVINS والاستثناءات، وإنشاء خطة (حزمة ترحيب) بعد الموعد النهائي المطبق للسفينة / السفن المعينة والتأكد من إرسالها إلى وكلاء السفينة المعنيين، والرئيس ضباط قبل 4 ساعات على الأقل من ETB والتأكد من الالتزام الصارم به.

الخبرة / المؤهلات والمهارات
- معرفة شاملة بأنواع مختلفة من أعمال الصلب والهياكل الفولاذية ومواصفات إجراءات اللحام.
- المعرفة والخبرة في إصلاح السفن وساحة البناء الجديدة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير واتباع بيانات الطريقة والإجراءات والمواصفات والرسومات وغيرها من الوثائق المتعلقة بالمشروع والهندسة.
- شهادة التدريب الصناعي أو ما يعادلها.
- دبلوم في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- دورة تدريبية لمدة عامين في مجال التجارة أو عامين في مجال الأعمال البحرية / صناعة النفط والغاز.
- الإلمام بأنشطة تصنيع الصلب مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كرئيس عمال أو منصب قيادي أو من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز أو بناء السفن.
