Required jobs in Transcorp International company and their details:
Dispatcher
1. Order Coordination:
Coordinate with delivery drivers and helpers to ensure timely dispatch of e-commerce orders by area.
Reassign orders if any wrong deliveries are assigned to drivers to prevent orders from being left behind in the warehouse.
2. Customer Service Interface:
Engage with the Customer Service (CS) and Client teams to address and resolve issues faced by drivers during delivery.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld.
3. Dispatch Oversight:
Report all orders failed by drivers to the dispatcher and withhold failure until approved by the Dispatcher after confirmation from the Customer.
Follow trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
4. Staff Management:
Track and report hours and schedules for staff.
Support in resourcing for the function, including training needs, absence management, and performance coaching.
5. Health and Safety:
Promote and uphold a culture of health and safety practices and initiatives in alignment with company policies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
6. Training and Development:
Assist in the training of new drivers or team leaders to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
7. Flexibility and Reporting:
Be available and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts as required.
Send daily reports to the team leader on Drivers allocated to the Dispatcher.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as Dispatcher.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of e-commerce dispatch procedures is a plus.
Must have 1-3 years of experience in the same field in Abu Dhabi and should be well aware of Abu Dhabi roads
