- الخبرة المهنية أمر مرغوب فيه بالإضافة إلى سجل حافل من التميز في التدريس. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، من المرغوب فيه وجود سجل حافل للمنشورات في المجلات المدرجة أو المصنفة في Scopus. من المتوقع أن يكون المرشحون معلمين/علماء فعالين، وأن يقوموا بالتدريس في كل من برامج البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا، وأن يشاركوا في جهود التوعية بالمجتمع.
