Telesales Representative – Outbound Calls

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in outbound or inbound calls is preferred.
Experience in industries such as insurance, credit card sales, BPO sectors, call centers, or the gaming industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Visa support will be provided for eligible candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our gaming brand and drive sales.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage customers and highlight the features and benefits of the gaming brand.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Incentive Achievement: Work towards achieving incentive targets by driving sales and meeting performance metrics.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features and updates of the gaming brand to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead information in the company database.
