We are looking to hire a "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-ARABIC" for our client from FURNITURE &FITOUT industry based in Sharjah.
Job Requirements:
- - Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience in the UAE.
- - Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is required.
- - Native Arabic candidates with excellent fluency in English.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- - Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software.
- - Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
