We are looking for a female Personal Assistant to support our chairman with his work, and accompanying him on travel. He lives in Oman and travels often.
- • Manage confidential information.
- • Manage travel itinerary.
- • Schedule meetings.
- • Coordinate household needs.
- • Below 30 years (preferred North Indian).
- • Fluent in English.
- • Knows how to cook Indian food.
Experience:
- o Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in mass communication.
- o Proven experience working as a personal assistant will be an advantage.
- o Ability to travel as needed, including weekend travel.
- o Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications.
- o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
