Job Summary

Provide hospitality services and escort Protocol, VIP, International, and Executive Health Patients and their families.
Ensure seamless patient flow from arrival to discharge and follow-up.
Maintain highest patient satisfaction and service excellence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Continually improve the patient journey and ensure high-quality service and hospitality.
Liaise with OFA representatives and OFA Coordinator for smooth patient journeys.
Exhibit empathy, respect, confidentiality, and a “Patient First” focus while representing CCAD.

Phlebotomy Technician

Knowledge of Laboratory Environment

Maintain departmental policies, procedures, quality assurance programs, accreditation, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Ensure correct patient identification according to quality control guidelines.
Follow venipuncture control procedures and maintain appropriate log sheets.
Perform POCT quality control and calibration verification procedures.
Conduct limited Point of Care testing after competency training.
Initiate instrument repair or service requests through vendors.
Document quality assurance activities related to test performance.
Monitor and ensure completion of laboratory records.

Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic legal business partner supporting commercial teams in assessing legal risks and opportunities.
Identify and mitigate legal risks to enable business objectives.
Provide legal advice, draft contracts, and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, and governmental bodies.
Own and manage certain legal and contracting processes, initially for academics and IT.
Maintain knowledge of CCAD contract templates, risk policies, and compliance procedures.
Deliver legal training to non-legal colleagues to enhance compliance.
Collaborate with supply chain, finance, clinical, IT, research, and academic teams.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Essential

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum three-year curriculum in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum two years post-graduate experience in emergency care (waived for UAE Nursing college graduates after approved internship).
Valid and current national nursing license.
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent (or obtain within 3 months).

Preferred

ACLS and PALS certifications relevant to specialty from AHA or equivalent (or obtain within 6 months).

ملخص الوظيفة:

المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:

تحسين رحلة المريض باستمرار وضمان أعلى جودة خدمة وضيافة.
التنسيق مع جميع ممثلي OFA ومنسق OFA لضمان تجربة سلسة للمرضى المكلفين.
إظهار التعاطف، الاحترام، السرية وتركيز على المريض أثناء التمثيل الرسمي لـ CCAD.

Phlebotomy Technician – فني سحب عينات الدم

المعرفة بالبيئة المخبرية:

الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة، برامج ضمان الجودة، ومتطلبات الاعتماد، ومعايير السلامة والبيئة ومكافحة العدوى.
التأكد من تحديد هوية المريض بشكل صحيح وفق إرشادات الجودة.
اتباع إجراءات التحكم في السحب الوريدي والاحتفاظ بسجلات مناسبة.
تنفيذ إجراءات التحكم في الجودة وفحص معايرة أجهزة الاختبارات عند نقطة الرعاية (POCT).
تنفيذ بعض اختبارات نقطة الرعاية المحدودة بعد إتمام التدريب.
طلب صيانة أو إصلاح الأجهزة عند الحاجة.
متابعة وتوثيق أنشطة ضمان الجودة المتعلقة بأداء الاختبارات.
مراقبة وإكمال السجلات المخبرية.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

أساسي:

بكالوريوس في التمريض أو مؤهل معادل.
برنامج تمريض معتمد لا يقل عن ثلاث سنوات.
خبرة سنتين بعد التخرج في قسم الطوارئ (يمكن الإعفاء للخريجين الجدد من كليات التمريض الإماراتية بعد التدريب).
رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول.
شهادة BLS من AHA أو معادلة خلال 3 أشهر من التوظيف.
