Job Description:

1. Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.

2. Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.

3. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

4. Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.

5. Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.

6. Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

7. Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.

8. Meeting NRI clients & giving investment solutions & designing portfolios for them.

9. Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.

Compensation & Benefits:

For Leadership Roles:

Fixed salary up to AED 30,000

Flat 50% commission on self-sales (no targets)

12% team overrides

3% company equity shares

Quarterly appraisals: 8% – 16%

For Individual Contributors:

High fixed salaries

Commission up to 35% (slab-based, no sales targets)

10% quarterly performance appraisals

المسمى الوظيفي:

1. اكتساب العملاء وتطوير الأعمال من خلال المبيعات المباشرة وغير المباشرة.

2. تقديم حلول محفظة مخصصة للعملاء بناءً على ملف المخاطرة/العائد والسيولة الخاص بهم.

3. تعظيم توليد الإيرادات وإغلاق الصفقات باستخدام حملات التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والعامة.

4. تحديد العملاء وتقديم العروض وإتمام الصفقات بشكل مستقل.

5. إدارة المعاملات وإغلاق الصفقة من المصدر إلى توليد العائد على الاستثمار.

6. تطوير Square Yards كعلامة تجارية من خلال ضمان معايير الخدمة بما يتماشى مع سياسات الشركة.

7. استكشاف فرص تطوير الأعمال الجديدة من خلال الاستفادة من علاقات العملاء التي تم تطويرها على مر السنين في مهام العمل السابقة.
