NDE Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

Perform NDE inspections (RT, UT, PT, MT, PAUT, TOFD) on piping, pressure vessels, and skids during fabrication and assembly.
Review, interpret, and validate inspection results to ensure compliance with WPS/PQR and project specifications.
Prepare, review, and maintain NDT reports, records, and traceability documentation.
Support QA/QC in identifying non-conformities, recommending corrective actions, and closing NCRs.
Coordinate with production, welding inspectors, and client representatives to ensure inspection hold points are met.
Maintain calibration records for inspection tools and equipment.
Promote HSE and quality standards in all inspection activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of NDE inspection experience in the oil & gas industry, specifically piping, pressure vessels, and skid manufacturing.
NDT Level II certifications – ASNT Level II or PCN/ISO 9712 (RT, UT, PT, MT, PAUT, TOFD) or equivalent.
Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO).
Strong technical reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, WPS/PQRs, and project specifications.

Welding Inspector

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welding Inspector in the oil & gas industry, specifically piping, pressure vessels, and skid manufacturing.
Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI).
NDT Level II qualifications – ASNT Level II or PCN/ISO 9712 (RT, UT, PT, MT, PAUT, TOFD) or equivalent.
Preferred: Coating Inspector certification NACE Level II / BGAS Level II or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS).
Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Painting Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify surface preparation, coating, and painting activities for piping, pressure vessels, and skids during fabrication.
Review coating specifications and paint data sheets to ensure correct materials are applied.
Conduct inspections for cleanliness, surface profile, DFT (dry film thickness), adhesion, and holiday testing as per project requirements.
Maintain coating inspection reports, traceability, and paint material control records.
Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and client representatives to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Monitor storage, handling, and mixing of paints to ensure compliance with manufacturers’ recommendations.
Promote HSE and quality standards during coating and painting operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of coating/painting inspection experience in the oil & gas industry, specifically piping, pressure vessels, and skid manufacturing.
Certified Coating Inspector: NACE Level II or BGAS Level II (or equivalent).
Knowledge of international coating standards (SSPC, ISO, NACE, ASTM).
Familiar with surface preparation methods, blasting media, paint application techniques, and environmental condition monitoring.
Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proposals Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong practical knowledge of welding and materials, particularly CRA alloys.
Proven experience in client-facing technical roles with the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.
Ability to lead technical discussions and respond clearly to technical questions from clients and internal stakeholders.
One or more of the following:
- European Welding Engineer (EWE) or MSc in Welding Engineering
- Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Chartered Engineer (CEng)
- Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
Desirable: Prior experience in the oil & gas sector, particularly involving corrosion-resistant materials and pipeline solutions.

Project Manager

Experience: 3–5 years in project management within oil & gas or heavy engineering.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee fabrication and engineering projects, including pressure vessels, modular skids, and pipe spool fabrication. The candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification, while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years’ project management experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or heavy engineering.
Knowledge of pressure vessels, modular skids, or piping systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, and QA/QC requirements.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Project Engineering (or equivalent).
PMP or similar project management certification is desirable.

الحفاظ على سجلات تفتيش الطلاء ومراقبة المواد.
التنسيق مع QA/QC والإنتاج وممثلي العملاء لحل المخالفات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
متابعة التخزين والمزج والتعامل مع الطلاء وفق تعليمات المصنع.
تعزيز معايير السلامة والجودة أثناء أعمال الطلاء.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تفتيش الطلاء في صناعة النفط والغاز.
شهادة مفتش طلاء معتمد: NACE Level II أو BGAS Level II أو ما يعادلها.
معرفة بالمعايير الدولية للطلاء (SSPC, ISO, NACE, ASTM).

4. مهندس العروض الفنية – Technical Proposals Engineer

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

معرفة عملية قوية باللحام والمواد، خصوصاً سبائك CRA.
خبرة مثبتة في الأدوار الفنية أمام العملاء والقدرة على توصيل المفاهيم الهندسية المعقدة بوضوح.
القدرة على قيادة النقاشات الفنية والرد على أسئلة العملاء الداخلية والخارجية.

الشهادات:

European Welding Engineer (EWE) أو MSc في هندسة اللحام.
مهندس معتمد IEng أو Chartered Engineer (CEng).
درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المعادن.

يفضل:

خبرة سابقة في قطاع النفط والغاز، خصوصاً في المواد المقاومة للتآكل وحلول خطوط الأنابيب.
خبرة في إعداد العروض الفنية أو الهندسة التجارية.
درجة في الهندسة أو الأعمال مع خبرة تقنية في المواد، خطوط الأنابيب، أو التصنيع.

5. مدير المشروع – Project Manager

الخبرة:

3–5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع في قطاع النفط والغاز أو الهندسة الثقيلة.

نظرة عامة على الدور:

الإشراف على مشاريع التصنيع والهندسة بما في ذلك أوعية الضغط، الوحدات المعيارية، وتصنيع الأنابيب.
