Sr Procurement Buyer

We have an opportunity for a Senior Procurement Buyer in our Corporate (CORP) department in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Identifies and drives saving opportunities, consumption reduction and value engineering projects through negotiations
Conducts eAuctions for goods and services, ensuring best value offering to business
Revisits agreed terms with existing suppliers to improve productivity and working capital
Implements new deals and identifies new saving opportunities
Develops and implements the Annual Operating Plan together with the Business and the Commodity Strategic Team
Creates and applies strategically the Category Cards for the supported sites/countries
Drives BAE execution in strong collaboration with the business partner and the other stakeholders
Engages in stakeholder & requisitioner communication aiming to improve understanding of indirect procurement processes and tools
Supports implementation of automation opportunities for the assigned sites
Maintains a strong collaboration with the Procurement Operations Buyer to ensure common target achievement
Ensures all tasks are carried out in line with indirect procurement policy and strategy
Covers more than 4 sites with a high degree of complexity, with cumulative annual addressable spend of more than $5M and delivers savings of more than 7% of that spend in scope
On an ad hoc basis, can be asked to run sourcing projects with spend of more than $250K if there is alignment with the Strategic Category Teams and buyer’s proximity to site & stakeholders

Field Service Engineer I - UAE National Only

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university required
Internship, Co-op, or 1-3 years of previous work experience with turbo machinery control systems (Compressors, Steam / Gas Turbines, Expanders, Generators) and Process control preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

Proficiency in computers and networking. Programming skills are a plus
Proficient in knowledge of thermodynamics concepts gained through formal education
Basic training skills preferred
Experience with safety systems and/or TUV certified is a plus
Ability to read, speak, and write in English required, all other languages are a plus
Certified to work offshore or willing and capable to complete the required training

Principal Account Manager

Operational Excellence:

Track, measure, and report on the business with the customer. Be able to document the personal impact with the customer
Will have a dedicated operation team that is dedicated to the customer, but reports in to the functional leaders
Must lead, guide and hold the team to the customer expectations
Use Salesforce, Databases and various tools to estimate Honeywell’s share with the customer

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Good knowledge of Data Center technologies
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Advanced Cyber Sec Archt/Engr

Responsibilities:

Strengthen defenses against emerging threats while serving as the subject matter expert for complex technical challenges
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stay current with evolving technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Travel to remote sites to configure network, Windows, and cybersecurity products as part of project execution

تغطية أكثر من 4 مواقع ذات درجة عالية من التعقيد، مع إنفاق سنوي إجمالي يزيد عن 5 ملايين دولار وتحقيق وفورات تزيد عن 7% من هذا الإنفاق
بشكل طارئ، قد يُطلب منه إدارة مشاريع مشتريات بقيمة تزيد عن 250 ألف دولار إذا كان هناك توافق مع فرق الفئات الاستراتيجية وقرب المشتري من الموقع وأصحاب المصلحة

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معترف بها
