Structural Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design documents for building construction projects.
Provide technical input and coordination for structural systems, including foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and retaining walls.
Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and site issues.
Prepare and review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and method statements related to structural works.
Review contractor submittals for structural materials and systems to ensure conformance to project specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor structural works, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety and engineering standards.
Assist in resolving construction-related structural issues and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Liaise with consultants and clients to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues.
Support value engineering initiatives without compromising safety and structural integrity.
Ensure all structural work aligns with local building codes and company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in structural engineering within the building construction sector.
Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards, and engineering principles.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Civil QAQC Inspector

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of civil and structural works on-site, including excavation, formwork, rebar, concreting, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved project specifications, drawings, method statements, and relevant codes and standards.
Review and verify material approvals, test reports, inspection & test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality-related documentation.
Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
Witness and monitor on-site testing activities such as compaction tests, concrete slump, cube testing, etc.
Maintain proper documentation for inspections, quality records, and test results.
Ensure compliance with project quality plans and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in internal and external audits and ensure all quality control activities align with the project’s quality assurance plan.
Report daily QA/QC activities to the QA/QC Manager and keep management informed of potential quality issues.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in quality control/inspection within the building construction industry.
Strong understanding of civil engineering materials, methods, and construction techniques.
Familiarity with UAE standards and building codes.
Experience with quality systems, documentation, and non-conformance management.
Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and proactive approach to quality assurance.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في الهندسة الإنشائية ضمن قطاع البناء.
معرفة قوية بالكودات والمعايير الإنشائية ومبادئ الهندسة.
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD.
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة.
القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
اهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.

مفتش ضمان الجودة المدنية (Civil QAQC Inspector)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء عمليات تفتيش روتينية للأعمال المدنية والإنشائية في الموقع، بما في ذلك الحفر، والقوالب، والتسليح، والخرسانة، والبلوك، واللياسة، والعزل المائي، وغيرها.
ضمان التزام جميع أنشطة البناء بالمواصفات المعتمدة والرسومات وبيانات الطرق والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
مراجعة واعتماد المواد، وتقارير الاختبارات، وخطط الفحص والاختبارات (ITPs)، وبيانات الطرق، والوثائق المتعلقة بالجودة.
رفع ومتابعة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية بفعالية.
