- Negotiate with carriers and logistics partners to secure competitive rates.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.
- Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Deliver customer support for logistics and pricing inquiries.
