Business Development Executive (UAE Nationals Only)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s of Surgery in Medicine or Dentistry (MBBS or BDS).
Assessor Qualification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuing/Executive Education in the UAE in Medicine, Health, Dentistry, and Beauty with proven program growth and partner acquisition.
Minimum 3 years of strong operational experience leading end-to-end delivery of training/CE programs (onsite and online), including logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and learner support.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/sales management with measurable results in revenue and enrollments.
Demonstrated experience in online courses (LMS administration, virtual classrooms, webinar tools) and continuing education compliance.
Solid experience in marketing (digital campaigns, events, content, lead generation) and funnel optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

Technical Skills
