Responsibilities:

Carry out high-level window cleaning and routine maintenance.

Perform maintenance and repair tasks using IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 methodologies.

Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Technician
Responsibilities:
Fire Fighting Systems:

Install fire fighting systems such as sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, and related piping.

Read and interpret fire protection system drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
-
Ensure all installations comply with relevant codes and standards (NFPA, Civil Defense regulations).
-
Assist in pressure testing and commissioning of fire suppression systems.
Fire Alarm Systems:
-
Install fire alarm devices including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, horns, strobes, panels, and modules.
-
Terminate, test, and troubleshoot cabling for fire alarm systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fire fighting and/or fire safety.

UAE driving license.

المسؤوليات:
أنظمة مكافحة الحرائق:

تركيب أنظمة مكافحة الحرائق مثل الرشاشات، مضخات الحريق، الصنابير، لفائف الخراطيم، والأنابيب ذات الصلة.
-
قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات والمواصفات الفنية لأنظمة الحماية من الحريق.
-
ضمان امتثال جميع التركيبات للمعايير واللوائح (مثل NFPA، وأنظمة الدفاع المدني).
-
المساعدة في اختبار الضغط وتشغيل أنظمة الإطفاء.
أنظمة إنذار الحريق:
-
تركيب أجهزة إنذار الحريق بما في ذلك كاشفات الدخان والحرارة، نقاط الاستدعاء اليدوية، الأبواق، الأضواء التنبيهية، اللوحات والوحدات.
-
إنهاء، اختبار، واستكشاف أعطال الكابلات الخاصة بأنظمة إنذار الحريق.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مكافحة الحرائق و/أو السلامة من الحرائق.
-
رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات.
