Job Purpose

Partner closely with the HR Managers and will work with relevant stakeholders to plan and support staffing processes such as Talent Acquisition, Strategic Recruitment Database Development, attracting and successfully hiring talent. Senior System Engineer

Qualification And Experience

A Degree in Engineering Field. Specifically in Instrumentation or Electronics.
Minimum 8 years experience in the field of Control System including Application Software.
Experience in Yokogawa CentumVP system is preferable.

Competencies

System Engineering Design analysis and techniques.
Strong Leadership quality.
Application Software debugging and trouble shooting.

Skills

Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications.

Job Responsibility

Lead Account Receivable (AR) / BG related work (issuance, collection, closure), visit the customer for AR as required
Handle or support in Order Intake / Sales Turnover / PO placement to vendors / Invoice generation & submission for assigned customers

Support any and all the Service department related activities as assigned by Department Management &/or Reporting Manager

Senior Safety Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Lead the Safety System Engineering Team in a project
Reviewing the Project technical requirements, Specifications and Standards
Preparation and review of work procedures and hardware/product specifications
Reporting to the Project Manager on day to day activities
Performing and reviewing the detailed engineering, design, assembly and testing of the system as per the Project specification requirements
Preparation and review of Bill of Material for various Safety Systems
Coordination with Customer Engineers for technical issues
Preparation and review of Purchase Order for various Projects Materials
Assisting the Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer as and when required for technical issues
Preparation of Safety Validation Plan for Safety Projects
Coordination with Document Controller for Control of Project documentation and QC Engineer for Inspection and Testing related activities
Arranging Internal Meeting/ Project walk through for achieving Project milestones
Project Progress Monitoring and control
Participating site acceptance test, commissioning and start-up activities
Adhering to the Project Schedule & Project Quality Plan
Preparation of scope of work deviations and tracking

إدارة أعمال الحسابات المستحقة (AR) وخطابات الضمان المرتبطة بها (الإصدار، التحصيل، الإغلاق)، وزيارة العملاء عند الحاجة.
دعم أو التعامل مع عمليات الطلبات، والمبيعات، ووضع أوامر الشراء للموردين، وإصدار الفواتير وتقديمها للعملاء المعينين.
العمل لتحقيق أهداف فردية وجماعية محددة (OKR).
دعم جميع أنشطة قسم الخدمات حسب ما يكلفه به مدير القسم أو مدير التقارير.
تحضير إيصالات الدفع، والسندات المحاسبية، والفواتير الداخلية، وتقارير المصاريف.
إعداد المصالحة البنكية اليومية، الأسبوعية، والشهرية.
معالجة الفروقات المحاسبية اليومية.
إعداد التقارير المالية الكاملة، وقيادة عملية إغلاق نهاية الشهر.
متابعة جميع الحسابات المستحقة والذمم الدائنة للشركة.

مهندس أنظمة السلامة الأول (Senior Safety Systems Engineer)

المسؤوليات:

قيادة فريق هندسة أنظمة السلامة في المشروع.
مراجعة متطلبات المشروع، والمواصفات، والمعايير الفنية.
إعداد ومراجعة إجراءات العمل، ومواصفات الأجهزة/المنتجات.
رفع تقارير يومية إلى مدير المشروع عن أنشطة الفريق.
القيام بمراجعة الهندسة التفصيلية، وتصميم النظام، وتجميعه، واختباره وفق مواصفات المشروع.
إعداد ومراجعة جداول المواد (BOM) لمختلف أنظمة السلامة.
التنسيق مع مهندسي العملاء لحل المشاكل الفنية.
إعداد ومراجعة أوامر الشراء لمواد المشروع المختلفة.
تقديم الدعم للمهندس المشروع والمهندس الأول عند الحاجة للقضايا الفنية.
إعداد خطة التحقق من السلامة Safety Validation Plan للمشاريع.
التنسيق مع مسؤول الوثائق Document Controller للتحكم في وثائق المشروع، ومهندس مراقبة الجودة QC Engineer لأنشطة التفتيش والاختبار.
ترتيب الاجتماعات الداخلية وجولات المشروع لتحقيق مراحل الإنجاز.
متابعة تقدم المشروع والسيطرة على مراحله.
المشاركة في اختبارات القبول الميدانية، والتشغيل، والتشغيل التجريبي.
الالتزام بجدول المشروع وخطة الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
