Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and upload employee timesheets
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timely
- Prepare WPS files according to bank requirements
- Reconcile payroll data with bank statements, employee records, and accounts
- Conduct monthly pension reconciliation and ensure compliance
- Prepare employee leave and final settlements
- Create AP invoices and process payments
- Post payroll-related entries in the general ledger
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Experience in payroll processing and UAE labor law compliance
- Strong attention to detail, accounting, and reporting skills
Logistics Officer
Details
Support full logistics cycle for large-scale EPC projects in oil & gas, including material handling, shipping, warehouse operations, and supply chain documentation to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, customs clearance, delivery, and warehousing for EPC projects
- Track and manage inbound/outbound materials, equipment, and consumables
- Prepare logistics documentation: packing lists, BOLs, delivery notes, shipping manifests, and clearance papers
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in logistics coordination for EPC or large-scale projects
- Knowledge of shipping, customs, and supply chain documentation
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Material Control Manager
Details
Lead and manage material control activities for major EPC projects in Oil & Gas, ensuring effective planning, coordination, preservation, and delivery of materials in line with project schedules and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee material planning, storage, and delivery according to EPC project requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Monitor material usage, inventory levels, and compliance with safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Coordinator

Develop and coordinate NDT plans and schedules for project sites, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and compliance with NDT standards and safety protocols.

- Develop and coordinate NDT plans, schedules, and inspections
- Assign and monitor NDT activities (UT, RT, MT, PT, visual)
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and NDT vendors
- Oversee and verify test results, interpret findings, and ensure documentation
