Individual Inclusion Assistant - Alrayana Charter School

Specific Duties:

Establish daily routines and provide consistent structure and guidance.
Support the use of visual aids, schedules, or communication tools.
Prompt or assist with task initiation and completion.
Monitor and respond to signs of emotional or sensory distress.
Support the implementation of IEP and DLP goals through daily interactions and learning activities.
Record observations or incidents for review, reporting, and progress tracking.
Prepare, modify, or organise materials as directed.
Provide verbal reassurance, encouragement, and praise.
Assist with toileting, feeding, or mobility if required.
Reinforce classroom routines and behavioural expectations.
Supervise during individual movement breaks or sensory activities.
Communicate relevant updates to parents/carers as directed by the class teacher or Inclusion team.
Participate in meetings, reviews, and relevant training.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training relevant to the student’s needs (e.g., behaviour support, communication strategies, medical protocols).
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Principal

Qualifications:

BA in Education or BA Degree with a relevant teaching qualification (essential)
Master’s in Education, Education Leadership, NPQH, or similar professional qualification

Minimum Experience:

10+ years experience in education
5+ years experience in a senior leadership position

Specific Duties:

Teach and plan lessons with clear understanding of the curriculum
Organise classroom resources and displays to encourage positive learning
Plan, prepare, and deliver sessions for all abilities in the class
Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching
Observe and assess children in line with school assessments
Reflect and adjust classroom environment, planning, and curriculum based on progress
Collaborate with professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists if required
Ensure embedding of Al Mamoura Academy Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes throughout the curriculum

Manager - People & Culture - Aldar Education

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Recognized HR Qualification and/or professional subscription (e.g., CIPD) desirable
Related graduate-level industry qualification for assigned functional area

Minimum Experience:

5+ years in HR or Recruitment in any industry
Education industry experience essential

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and ADEK/KHDA compliance requirements
