Role Requirements
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, meet a minimum height requirement of 158 cm in line with safety regulations, and maintain a well-groomed professional appearance in accordance with airline grooming standards.
UAE Cadet
The UAE Cadet program prepares future pilots to operate aircraft safely and efficiently under the supervision of a Captain or Commander. The role focuses on developing strong operational discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork in all flight conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Captain in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations under normal and non-normal conditions. Act as a brand ambassador of the airline while maintaining high standards of discipline and appearance. Ensure duty of care for crew and passengers. Assist with aircraft fueling, baggage and cargo loading, and servicing. Execute duties in accordance with flydubai operations manuals and procedures.
Officer – Procurement (National Development)
This role focuses on managing procurement activities to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Tender Invitations in coordination with relevant departments. Manage procurement documentation and ensure contract compliance with flydubai standards and government regulations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement execution.
Senior Analyst – Fatigue Risk Management
This role provides expertise in developing and maintaining fatigue risk management systems to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all flight and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Fatigue Risk Management Programme in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Support Flight Operations, Inflight Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams by monitoring fatigue-related risks. Implement fatigue management systems and enhance reporting and data-driven safety analysis.
Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate strong discipline, professionalism, and ability to work in high-responsibility aviation environments. For cabin crew, customer service experience is essential, while technical and analytical skills are preferred for cadet and analyst roles.
