Investor Relations & Governance Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations & Governance Coordinator with prior experience in a UAE-listed company. This role acts as the bridge between the company, its shareholders, regulators, and the Board of Directors—ensuring compliance, transparency, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), including venue, logistics, agenda submission to SCA, and newspaper, ADX, and website announcements.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings and ADX announcements, including quarterly and annual results, AGM notices, and outcomes.
Assist in the preparation of the Governance Report (English/Arabic) and coordinate the publication of the Sustainability Report as per SCA requirements.
Translate the Board of Directors’ report and other key communications.
Maintain the insider list and issue blackout notifications.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

About the Role
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer assists the GHQ Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to carry out all maintenance work on aircraft, daily checks, routine servicing, and pre-departure inspections. This position ensures the safe and efficient execution of aircraft repair, maintenance, and servicing operations to meet operational demands, supporting the company’s goals and growth of internal certification capabilities.

Qualifications
Essential:

Graduate of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Must have a general aviation license (A&P, EASA, ICAO TYPE II)
Must have AW139 type qualifications
Minimum of 5 years AW139 experience
Formal technical aviation discipline (preferably in helicopter)
Trade training from a Technical College or formal training school
Knowledge of technical safety procedures

يُساعد مهندس صيانة الطائرات مهندس صيانة الطائرات المُرخص من القيادة العامة في تنفيذ جميع أعمال الصيانة على الطائرات، بما في ذلك الفحوصات اليومية، والصيانة الدورية، وعمليات التفتيش قبل الإقلاع. يضمن هذا المنصب تنفيذ عمليات إصلاح وصيانة وخدمة الطائرات بأمان وكفاءة، بما يُلبي المتطلبات التشغيلية، ويدعم أهداف الشركة ونمو قدراتها في مجال الاعتماد الداخلي.
