Legal Counsel - Litigation
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Languages: English and Arabic (fluent) – bilingual necessary for this role

Purpose of the Position:
The Bakery Production & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production and operational performance of the Flour Country (Industrial Bakery under Ghassan Aboud Holdings). This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production aligned with the Group’s standards for food safety, operational excellence, and profitability.
This position plays a key leadership role in managing people, processes, and plant performance to meet customer demand while maintaining safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities – Production Operations:

Plan, lead, and control bakery production activities to meet daily and monthly output targets

Ensure adherence to recipes, standard operating procedures, and product specifications for consistent quality

Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams for raw material availability, packaging, and production scheduling

Monitor plant efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure optimal utilization of resources and machinery

Supervise production team leaders, shift supervisors, and operators to achieve line productivity targets
Category Manager (Fruits & Vegetables)
Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate effectively to obtain the best possible purchase prices and promotion deals from suppliers to strengthen Grandiose offering and increase profitability

Negotiate effectively to obtain the best possible terms and conditions agreement

Responsible for the sales and margin of the category

Propose and coordinate activities and schedules with suppliers, meeting deadlines and objectives for National promotions and in-house promotions

Responsible for the assortment including category management

Develop private labels and establish contacts to source them with competitive pricing, working jointly with Grandiose guidelines and manufacturers to deliver new products and ensure availability

Ensure a well-presented image for all products and compliance with local laws, regulations, and guidelines; hygiene and safety rules must be strictly followed

Assist the merchandising manager in formulating a strategy for sourcing and presenting products

Highlight seasonal items and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability during seasonal periods (e.g., Ramadan, Back to School, Eid)
