Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft as ‘Second in Command’ during normal and non-normal situations under the directives of a Captain or aircraft Commander, and if applicable, the First Officer.
Provide continuous input and assistance to the Captain to ensure safe and efficient flights. Act as a brand ambassador of the airline, maintain high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance. Demonstrate responsibility for the duty of care and welfare of crew and customers. Support the Commander in fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and servicing of the aircraft. Ensure proper execution of duties as laid out in flydubai Operations Manuals.
Cabin Crew - Romania
As flydubai cabin crew, you will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for passengers.
Must be at least 20 years old. Minimum height of 158 cm. Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with flydubai’s standards. No visible tattoos while in uniform. Possession of a valid passport.
Support the Captain by executing assigned duties, adhering to instructions, and sharing responsibility for safe and efficient airplane operations. Contribute to the safety, security, and well-being of the crew, passengers, cargo, and equipment while exemplifying integrity, leadership, and professionalism. Perform delegated flight duties in compliance with aviation regulations and flydubai policies. Foster professionalism and collaboration among crew through effective leadership and CRM practices.
Agent - Business Team (Russian Speaker Only)
Provide VIP treatment to business-class passengers, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and a seamless travel experience from arrival to departure.
Welcome business-class passengers at arrival and assist with check-in, luggage handling, and special requests. Provide personalized services through security checkpoints, immigration, and Business class lounges/departure gates. Offer assistance throughout the airport journey, provide information on flight schedules, facilities, and amenities. Ensure all passenger requirements are prioritized.
Supervisor - Airport Services
Oversee and coordinate airport services agents and appointed ground handlers to ensure consistent high-quality service for flydubai passengers, including check-in, boarding, special services, ramp operations, and baggage services.
Organize allocation of agents to check-in, departures/transfer, ramp, or arrivals on a rotating basis, providing briefings per shift. Set up check-in area, ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower, and resources, monitoring activities of flydubai and Ground Handling Agents (GHA). Monitor passenger flow and queue times, provide assistance, adjust desk allocation as needed, and liaise with immigration, security, and terminal management.
