Guest Relations Officer

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, ideally in 5-star hotels or holiday homes in Dubai, with a focus on in-person interactions and making guests feel special.
Experience handling guest interactions that lead to positive reviews and returning guests.
Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to provide outstanding service and create lasting relationships with guests.

Responsibilities:

Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and other stock items to ensure optimal stock levels and timely orders.
Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring proper categorization, labeling, and storage.
Oversee handover of dirty laundry to outsourced laundry company and receipt of clean laundry, maintaining documentation and stock levels.
Inspect received linens for quality and prepare pre-arranged sets for daily housekeeping tasks.
Operate washing machines for in-house cleaning of housekeeping dusters.
Stock up the housekeeping van with supplies and equipment, ensuring organization and maintenance.
Drive the housekeeping van, transporting laundry and supplies between locations.
Collaborate with the operational team to align inventory and laundry needs with housekeeping schedules, communicating potential issues and solutions.
