 Client Relations Specialist 

Details
The Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, developing long-term relationships, providing guidance and advice, and delivering a high level of support for specific products or services.

Responsibilities

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms and specifications, manage day-to-day communication with customers by answering questions, handling conflicts, collecting feedback and escalating when needed, maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, facilitate interdepartmental communication to deliver effective client support, and build and strengthen relationships between the company, representatives, and clients through optimal service delivery. 

Project Superintendent 

Details

The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and National Account customers, coordinating with other superintendents or technical representatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while overseeing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Manage field crews and subcontractors across commercial and industrial roofing construction projects, schedule and supervise subcontractors, implement and follow project administration requirements, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, timeline, and budget expectations.

Field Resource Inspector

Details

The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing inspection documents, forms, and data collection to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of field inspection reports while performing assigned inspection services independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

Complete job site inspections including TremCare, Job Site, QA, and QA Plus, maintain electronic and physical inspection documentation, perform daily safety, efficiency, and quality reviews, work under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor, and ensure safety remains the top priority across all inspection activities.

General Field Superintendent 

Details

The General Field Superintendent is responsible for managing all self-perform projects and associated customers, including GC and large-scale P&R and TremCare projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage self-perform crews through daily oversight and coordination with crew foremen, collaborate closely with Project Foremen, Superintendents, Construction Managers, and Sales Representatives, and act as a liaison for on-site subcontractor oversight when required to ensure smooth field operations.
