Job Purpose:

Faculty of English Language
Position Overview:
-
Teach English Language, ESL, and IELTS courses to students in the UAE
-
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards

Evaluate and monitor student performance to ensure learning outcomes are achieved

Provide academic guidance and support to improve language proficiency
-
Integrate modern teaching methodologies and technology to enhance classroom engagement

Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives

Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Education, or related field

Preferred Certifications: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or equivalent ESL teaching certification

Minimum 3 years teaching experience in English, ESL, or IELTS—preferably in the UAE
-
Proven track record in preparing students for standardized English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills

Culturally sensitive with the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
Faculty - Sustainability Management
Job Description:

Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Sustainability Management and related areas

Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards

Engage in academic advising and mentoring of students
-
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional service
-
Conduct research and/or contribute to knowledge-sharing activities in the field of sustainability (optional but encouraged)

Foster industry linkages and contribute to community and sustainability initiatives within the institution
Qualifications & Experience:
