• Identify training and development needs across sales, operations, and corporate teams.
• Design and deliver high-quality training programs including classroom and virtual learning sessions.
• Conduct onboarding programs and sales training for real estate consultants.
• Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Monitor training effectiveness and analyze employee performance metrics.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent growth initiatives.
Primary Purpose
The Learning & Development Executive plays a key role in enhancing workforce performance by promoting continuous learning culture within the real estate sector. The role focuses on designing effective training strategies that support business objectives, improve employee capabilities, and strengthen organizational performance. Additionally, the position supports sales excellence and professional development across teams.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, training, or talent development roles.
• Background in real estate training, sales training, or corporate learning is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• Experience in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness and performance data.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
