Front Office Role
This role supports hotel operations with a strong focus on service excellence, guest interaction, and maintaining high standards of professionalism while contributing to financial and operational reporting activities within the hotel environment.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required. At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role within a 5-star hotel environment is essential. A high school diploma is required, while a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong service orientation and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to accounting and financial reporting activities, including cost and financial account maintenance in line with statutory requirements and auditing policies. Uphold service culture standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational directives.
Engineering Function
The Engineering department is responsible for hotel maintenance planning, facility management, and ensuring all systems and equipment remain fully operational to minimize guest disruption and maintain service excellence.
Requirements
Minimum certification in Maintenance Engineering or related technical field is required. At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and hotel asset management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform operational tasks within the Engineering department in line with service standards and procedures. Oversee preventive maintenance, repair work, and equipment servicing. Ensure hotel facilities remain fully functional and support emergency recovery planning. Maintain high operational reliability across all hotel assets.
