Civil Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Conduct site surveys using Leica, Trimble S5, and Total Station to collect accurate field data for project design and implementation.

Interpret and analyze topographic, as-built, and construction survey data.

Coordinate with survey teams to ensure calibration and proper functioning of equipment.

Prepare technical reports, layout drawings, and survey maps for internal and client use.

Work closely with CAD/GIS teams to convert survey data into design outputs.

Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accuracy of surveys and civil works.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site supervisors to resolve on-site engineering and survey-related issues.

Assist in cost estimation and material take-off based on field data and designs.

Ensure all surveying and civil engineering tasks are carried out in line with HSE standards and company policies.

Project Engineer 

 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for survey-related engineering works.

Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for pre-qualification, tendering, and project development stages.

Lead site assessments and evaluations, ensuring readiness for survey deployment.

Supervise the deployment and operation of survey equipment, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Manage client acquisition activities, develop relationships, and represent the company in meetings and presentations.

Coordinate internally with technical teams to ensure estimates reflect practical execution requirements.

Provide support in spatial data analysis, planning, and resource estimation for LiDAR, GPR, and 3D scanning projects.

Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey technologies, methods, and tools.

  Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.

6–7 years of proven experience in project engineering, preferably in the surveying or geospatial sector.

Demonstrated experience in cost estimation and budgeting.

Strong background in surveying equipment and technologies.

Experience in pre-qualification processes and dealing with clients and consultants.

Proven ability in client acquisition and business development.

Hands-on knowledge of 3D Laser Scanning, LiDAR, GPR, Spatial Analysis, and Topographic Surveys.

Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.

Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related industrial required standard tools/software.

مهندس مشروع مدني

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة وإدارة مشاريع الهندسة المدنية من التخطيط وحتى التنفيذ، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب والامتثال لمواصفات المشروع.

إجراء مسوحات للموقع باستخدام Leica وTrimble S5 وTotal Station لجمع بيانات ميدانية دقيقة لتصميم المشروع وتنفيذه.

تفسير وتحليل بيانات المسح الطبوغرافي والبناء.

التنسيق مع فرق المسح لضمان معايرة المعدات وأدائها السليم.

إعداد التقارير الفنية ورسومات التخطيط وخرائط المسح للاستخدام الداخلي وللعملاء.

العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق CAD/GIS لتحويل بيانات المسح إلى مخرجات تصميم.

مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والرسومات وجداول الكميات لضمان دقة المسوحات والأعمال المدنية.

التعاون مع العملاء والمستشارين ومشرفي الموقع لحل المشكلات الهندسية والمسحية في الموقع.

المساعدة في تقدير التكلفة وتوفير المواد بناءً على البيانات والتصميمات الميدانية.

التأكد من تنفيذ جميع مهام المسح والهندسة المدنية بما يتماشى مع معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وسياسات الشركة.

مهندس مشروع 

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف وميزانيات المشاريع للأعمال الهندسية المتعلقة بالمسح.

المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم المقترحات الفنية والتجارية.

التواصل مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين في مراحل التأهيل المسبق والعطاءات وتطوير المشروع.

إجراء تقييمات وتقييمات للموقع، والتأكد من جاهزيته لنشر المسح.

الإشراف على نشر وتشغيل معدات المسح، وضمان دقة البيانات وجودتها.

إدارة أنشطة اكتساب العملاء، وتطوير العلاقات، وتمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية.

التنسيق داخليًا مع الفرق الفنية لضمان أن تعكس التقديرات متطلبات التنفيذ العملية.

تقديم الدعم في تحليل البيانات المكانية والتخطيط وتقدير الموارد لمشاريع LiDAR وGPR والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد.

راقب تقدم المشروع وفقًا للجداول الزمنية والميزانيات، مع التأكد من أن المنتجات النهائية تلبي معايير الجودة.

  متطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (مفضل) أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.

6-7 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في هندسة المشاريع، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع المساحة أو الجغرافي المكاني.

خبرة مؤكدة في تقدير التكاليف والميزانية.

خلفية قوية في معدات وتقنيات المسح.

خبرة في عمليات التأهيل المسبق والتعامل مع العملاء والاستشاريين.

قدرة مثبتة في اكتساب العملاء وتطوير الأعمال.

معرفة عملية بالمسح الضوئي ثلاثي الأبعاد، والليدار، والرادار الأرضي، والتحليل المكاني، والمسوحات الطبوغرافية.

رخصة القيادة الإماراتية سارية المفعول إلزامية.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية والتفاوض وتنسيق المشاريع.

الكفاءة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس والأدوات/البرامج الصناعية القياسية ذات الصلة.
