Production Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Position Overview:

The Production Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing modular building products from concept through delivery. This role bridges design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure modular solutions meet market needs, are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with quality, schedule, and performance objectives. Performance is measured through KPIs set by the Board, monitored monthly informally, and formally at half-year and annual reviews.

Product Strategy & Planning:

Define product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for modular building systems
Identify market needs, customer requirements, and opportunities for standardization and repeatability
Translate customer and project requirements into clear product specifications
Drive product decisions that balance customization with modular efficiency

Design & Engineering Coordination:

Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and MEP teams to develop standardized modular designs
Ensure products are designed for manufacture and assembly (DfMA)
Manage design changes and ensure impacts to cost, schedule, and quality are understood
Oversee integration of structural, architectural, and MEP systems into modular products

Manufacturing & Supply Chain:

Work closely with factory teams to ensure products can be efficiently manufactured and assembled
Support development of production processes, tooling, and quality standards
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to align materials and components with product requirements
Drive continuous improvement in product cost, quality, and manufacturability

MEP Manager

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

5–10+ years of MEP management experience in construction
Proven experience with modular, prefabricated, or off-site construction
Experience coordinating MEP systems in multi-disciplinary environments

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
Understanding of modular fabrication processes and constraints
Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards

Soft Skills:

Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work across factory and site teams
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Leadership skills to manage subcontractors and consultants

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with volumetric modular or panelized construction
Commissioning experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (a plus)

اتخاذ قرارات المنتج التي توازن بين التخصيص والكفاءة المعيارية

التنسيق بين التصميم والهندسة:

التعاون مع فرق العمارة، الهندسة، وMEP لتطوير تصميمات معيارية
ضمان تصميم المنتجات لتسهيل التصنيع والتجميع (DfMA)
إدارة تغييرات التصميم والتأكد من فهم تأثيرها على التكلفة والجدول الزمني والجودة
الإشراف على دمج الأنظمة الهيكلية والمعمارية وMEP في المنتجات المعيارية

التصنيع وسلسلة التوريد:

التعاون مع فرق المصنع لضمان تصنيع وتجميع المنتجات بكفاءة
دعم تطوير عمليات الإنتاج والأدوات ومعايير الجودة
التنسيق مع المشتريات والموردين لتوافق المواد والمكونات مع متطلبات المنتج
دفع التحسين المستمر في تكلفة المنتج وجودته وقابلية تصنيعه

مدير MEP (MEP Manager)

المؤهلات:

التعليم:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية، إدارة الإنشاءات، أو مجال ذي صلة

الخبرة:

5–10+ سنوات خبرة في إدارة MEP في مجال البناء
خبرة مثبتة في البناء المعياري، الجاهز، أو خارج الموقع
خبرة في تنسيق أنظمة MEP في بيئات متعددة التخصصات

المهارات التقنية:

معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، الكهرباء، السباكة، وأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق
الإلمام بأدوات BIM/VDC مثل Revit وNavisworks
فهم عمليات التصنيع المعياري وقيوده
معرفة باللوائح والمعايير الإنشائية ذات الصلة
