We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Max Core Poly Clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be presentable, professional, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Immediate joining is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries efficiently

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Maintain patient records and manage the clinic’s database

• Assist in insurance verification and processing when needed
