HSEW Manager

About You:

Minimum 20+ years HSEW experience, in hospitality and residential projects in Abu Dhabi
Strong leadership experience in the development and implementation of Corporate OH&S policies and initiatives
Be aware of state safety laws, codes of practice, guidance notes and safe working practices relevant to the work activities
Ability to write, develop, and present safety programs and reporting to high-level stakeholders
Proven ability to work with and coordinate the OH&S activities of sub-contractors
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to prepare and communicate OH&S reports both internally and to the client
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher as well as Safety Management Systems

HSEW Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum HSE qualifications with NEBOSH Diploma/IGC
Lead auditor course (ISO45001 and ISO14001)
Professional membership from IIRSM/IOSH is preferred
Bachelor's degree
Abu Dhabi experience mandatory on residential and hospitality projects

Behavioural Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English essential
Will be capable of working on their own or within/leading a small team of like-discipline individuals and creating designs relevant to Middle East environment

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Your Role - Post Contract:

Commercial Contract Administration including re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments
Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claim, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management
