Responsibilities

Assist in budget preparation and management, perform monthly variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to support cost control and operational efficiency.

Monitor cash flow, maintain accurate financial records, manage bank and petty cash reconciliations, and ensure company liquidity.

Lead audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries, supervise junior accounting staff, and promote a compliant, efficient, and collaborative finance environment.

Ensure timely filing of all required tax, sales, and regulatory reports in adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Operations Manager- Ice Cream Concept with verification

Responsibilities:

 Oversee the daily operations of all ice cream branches, ensuring smooth service, team productivity, and adherence to brand standards.

 Strategize and lead the operational direction of the concept, aligning plans with business goals and growth targets.
