CAD Modeler
Augmintech Education Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced CAD Modelers for ongoing construction and engineering projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD drafting, hands-on experience on UAE/GCC projects, and the ability to work efficiently with engineering and site teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and modify detailed 2D drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and layouts

Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation as per project requirements

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
-
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and timelines

Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site feedback
-
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Eligibility & Requirements
-
Minimum 4 years of overall experience as a CAD Modeler
-
At least 3 years of relevant experience on UAE or GCC projects (mandatory)

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
-
Good understanding of construction drawings and industry standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد وتعديل الرسومات التفصيلية ثنائية الأبعاد بما في ذلك المخططات، المقاطع، الارتفاعات، والتصاميم.
تطوير رسومات الورش، والرسومات النهائية As-Built، ووثائق البناء وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين وفرق الموقع لضمان دقة الرسومات.
التأكد من توافق الرسومات مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير والجداول الزمنية.
تعديل الرسومات بناءً على ملاحظات العميل والمستشار وفريق الموقع.
الحفاظ على توثيق وسجلات الرسومات بشكل صحيح.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كـ CAD Modeler.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مشاريع الإمارات أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (إلزامي).
إجادة قوية لبرنامج AutoCAD.
فهم جيد لرسومات البناء والمعايير الصناعية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والهندية.
