Pediatric Emergency Consultant / Specialist

About the Job / Role:
Basic Purpose of the Role:
The Consultant Physician is responsible for leading and supervising the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care; effectively and efficiently diagnosing, managing, and treating all patients placed under the post holder’s care. The Consultant Physician is expected to be an example of clinical excellence within his or her specialty and to provide leadership and training for junior medical staff.

Managerial Tasks:

Supports, implements, and follows all hospital, departmental, and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures
Helps lead and implement the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes
Participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes
Assists with scheduling and supports the Division Chief in ensuring adequate medical coverage within the Division at all times
Attends Divisional meetings as required
Assists the Division Chief in the recruitment of new medical staff when appropriate
Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Division Chief

Marketing Officer (Mental Health)

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign management: Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels
Strategy and planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
Content creation: Create and edit marketing content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements
Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
Performance analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize tactics and improve ROI
Budget management: Assist in creating and managing marketing budgets and expenditures

Pediatric Surgery Consultant and Specialist

Managerial Tasks:

Complies with all established hospital policies regarding admissions, consultations, daily patient care, surgical procedures, discharge protocols, outpatient, and follow-up practices

ICU Consultant & Specialist

SEHA Compliance:

Comply consistently with facility policies, procedures, and practices and ensure alignment with SEHA facilities policies
Complete and maintain regulatory requirements including licensure, certification, and other mandatory training within established time frames

Qualifications:

SEHA Qualifications:

Qualification from Tier 1
Qualification from Tier 2
Current national license or equivalent
Certified proof of yearly CME

Additional Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialization in Critical Care / ICU
American Board, CCT UK, Australian Board, any Western Board, Fellowship, or additional certification in Critical Care / ICU
Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in Critical Care / ICU
Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility to obtain one
Experience working within JCI-accredited hospitals is preferred

PICU Specialist (Tawam Hospital)

Managerial Responsibilities:

Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures
Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes
Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring adequate medical coverage within the Division at all times
Attends Divisional meetings as invited
Supports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents
Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff

Clinical Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Consultant Physician, diagnoses and treats patients according to established standards of best practice for the post holder’s specialty
Assists the Consultant Physician in supervising the activities of junior medical staff, and jointly assumes responsibility for the care they provide
Complies with all hospital policies regarding admissions, consultations, daily patient care, surgical procedures, discharge protocols, outpatient, and follow-up practices

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخصص في العناية المركزة / ICU.
ترخيص DOH (أبوظبي) صالح أو القدرة على الحصول عليه.
يفضل الخبرة في العمل داخل مستشفيات معتمدة من JCI.

أخصائي PICU (مستشفى توام)

المسؤوليات الإدارية:

دعم والالتزام بجميع المبادرات والسياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالمستشفى والإدارة والقسم.
المشاركة في نظام إدارة الأداء للمؤسسة، بما في ذلك مراجعة الأقران وعمليات مراجعة الإنتاجية والاستخدام.
