Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Ensure proper labeling and storage of all automotive parts and equipment.

Receiving & Dispatching:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

Process receiving documentation and update inventory records.

Prepare and dispatch parts and materials to the workshop as required.

Warehouse Organization:

Organize the warehouse in a logical and accessible manner.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.

Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse.

Ensure the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Job Requirements:

Willing to appear on camera for short video filming and live hosting

Passionate about automotive content, with good communication skills and camera presence

Prior experience in short video creation is preferred

Fleet Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate vehicle dispatch, allocation, and availability across all departments.

Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel levels, and cleanliness standards.

Schedule and follow up on routine maintenance, repairs, insurance, and registration renewals.

Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle documents and fleet database.

Track vehicle movement using GPS or tracking software and report any issues.

Handle accident reports, breakdowns, and coordinate with the service center.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة المخزون:

الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون الدقيقة وإجراء فحوصات منتظمة للمخزون.

راقب مستويات المخزون وقم بوضع الطلبات لتجنب النقص أو التخزين الزائد.

ضمان وضع العلامات والتخزين المناسب لجميع أجزاء ومعدات السيارات.

الاستلام والارسال:

استلام وفحص الشحنات الواردة للتأكد من دقتها وخلوها من التلف.

معالجة استلام الوثائق وتحديث سجلات المخزون.

تحضير وإرسال الأجزاء والمواد إلى الورشة حسب الحاجة.

تنظيم المستودعات:

تنظيم المستودع بطريقة منطقية وسهلة الوصول.

ضمان نظافة وترتيب المستودع في جميع الأوقات.

تنفيذ وصيانة إجراءات FIFO (الأول في الدخول، الأول في الخروج).

السلامة والامتثال:

الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات وأنظمة السلامة داخل المستودع.

ضمان التعامل والتخزين السليم للمواد الخطرة.

الحفاظ على السجلات المحدثة لوثائق المركبات وقاعدة بيانات الأسطول.

تتبع حركة المركبات باستخدام نظام تحديد المواقع العالمي (GPS) أو برامج التتبع والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل.

معالجة تقارير الحوادث والأعطال والتنسيق مع مركز الخدمة.

المساعدة في شراء المركبات واستبدالها وتوسيع الأسطول.

تأكد من أن جميع عمليات الأسطول تتبع سياسة الشركة واللوائح الحكومية.
