Position Description:
Responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment for Physicians, including advertising, screening, sourcing, coordinating interviews, conducting tests, and maintaining the staffing plan.
Position Responsibilities:
• Liaise with department directors/heads to identify recruitment requirements
• Carry out recruitment for Physicians
