Material Coordinator

Role Description

Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials.

Maintain all sensitive data information and prepare appropriate production schedule.

Maintain all information on materials status on weekly basis.

Prepare required documents and drawings, maintain all files for material delivery

Planning/Coordination with Production Managers and Supervisors for preparing priority list of materials.

Generate various document control reports and follow up site requirements

Checking materials list and setting out drawings, coordinate with design team

Close coordination with project sites and follow up for site priorities

Coordination with logistic supervisor and team to allocate locations of prioritized materials

Glass Sales Coordinator

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. 

Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

Sales & Customer Service: Experience in sales or sales coordination, preferably within the construction or architectural industry is a PLUS

Education: Graduates of bachelor degree are welcome.

Skill:  Knowledge of CAD preferrable.

Operations & Production Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, update and monitor detailed project operational plans to measure efficiency, increase productivity and achieve short and long-term operational commitments

Work in conjunction with Department Heads and Project teams to support, promote and monitor efficient operation

Lead weekly project progress meetings and report any deviations in terms of actual vs planned performance

Monitor production outputs and targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Coach and mentor staff to ensure performance targets are being met

Prepare all data and metrics for management reviews, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented. Communicate key conclusions and perform follow up of the actions

Prepare and distribute monthly, in coordination with the heads of departments and production managers, the design and factories workload, and define operational KPIs

Liaison with the Technical department to ensure timely design deliverables

Liaison with the Procurement department to ensure materials lead time are accounted and material delivered on time

Liaison with the Production department to ensure project production schedule and outputs are met

التخطيط والتنسيق مع مديري الإنتاج والمشرفين لإعداد قائمة المواد ذات الأولوية.

إنشاء تقارير التحكم في المستندات المختلفة ومتابعة متطلبات الموقع

التحقق من قائمة المواد ووضع الرسومات والتنسيق مع فريق التصميم

التنسيق الوثيق مع مواقع المشاريع ومتابعة أولويات الموقع

المهارات والمؤهلات:

التواصل: مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء والزملاء. 

التنظيم: مهارات تنظيمية قوية ومهارات تعدد المهام، مع القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتحديد الأولويات بشكل فعال. 

المبيعات وخدمة العملاء: الخبرة في المبيعات أو تنسيق المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة البناء أو الهندسة المعمارية هي ميزة إضافية

قيادة اجتماعات التقدم الأسبوعية للمشروع والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات من حيث الأداء الفعلي مقابل المخطط له

مراقبة مخرجات الإنتاج والأهداف على أساس يومي وأسبوعي وشهري

تدريب وإرشاد الموظفين لضمان تحقيق أهداف الأداء

إعداد جميع البيانات والمقاييس لمراجعات الإدارة، وتحديد الفجوات والسيناريوهات الواجب عرضها. إيصال الاستنتاجات الرئيسية ومتابعة الإجراءات.

إعداد وتوزيع شهريًا، بالتنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام ومديري الإنتاج، عبء العمل في التصميم والمصانع، وتحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية التشغيلية
