Program Manager - UAE National

About the job

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of assigned programs/projects and development of program management processes covering initiating, planning, executing, controlling, coordinating and implementing various activities to ensure that goals, objectives and program key performance indicators (KPIs) are accomplished according to scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.

Minimum Qualification:

8+ years relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace maintenance or equivalent
Program management certification preferred

Instructor Pilot AW139/H145

Total Rotary-Wing Flying Hours: 4,500
Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours: 1,000
AW139 / H145D3 Hours: 1,500
Night Hours: 200 (minimum of 100 actual or SIM)
MP Hours: 500
License: ATPL IR – AW139/H145D3 (CFI/QHI/TRI)
ELP: Level 5 or higher
Medical: Valid Class 1

About the job

Minimum Qualification:

Civilian aircraft maintenance license or certificate, e.g. (Mechanical) A&P certificate or B1 license
Bachelor’s degree in an aircraft maintenance discipline (Airframe/Powerplant; Electrical/Avionics; Aircraft Maintenance Technology) is preferred
Instructional techniques / ‘Train-the-Trainer’ certificate and/or acceptance/approval/certification by a civilian/military agency/organization is preferred

Experience:

Instructor will have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience teaching technical (maintenance) material with a related aircraft/engine/major component manufacturer, or within a military/civilian aircraft maintenance organization
Instructor will have a minimum of eight (8) years practical experience in the required discipline (A&P or Avionics) with a demonstrated aptitude for instructing
Prior experience working with military aviation units is preferred
Knowledge of, and experience in, training methodologies and management utilizing a systems approach (SAT or ADDIE) is preferred

مسؤول عن إدارة البرامج/المشاريع الموكلة إليه بشكل كامل، وتطوير عمليات إدارة البرامج التي تشمل بدء، تخطيط، تنفيذ، متابعة، تنسيق، وتنفيذ الأنشطة المختلفة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف والمؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء (KPIs) وفق نطاق العمل، الجدول الزمني، التكلفة وجودة التنفيذ.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال مشابه.
درجة البكالوريوس في صيانة الطائرات أو ما يعادلها.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة إدارة برامج (Program Management Certification).

مدرب طيار AW139/H145 (Instructor Pilot AW139/H145)

المتطلبات الدنيا

إجمالي ساعات الطيران بالمروحيات: 4,500 ساعة.
ساعات الطيار المسؤول (PIC): 1,000 ساعة.
ساعات طيران على AW139 / H145D3: 1,500 ساعة.
ساعات الطيران الليلي: 200 ساعة (100 ساعة فعلية أو على المحاكي).
ساعات MP: 500 ساعة.
الرخصة: ATPL IR – AW139/H145D3 (CFI/QHI/TRI).
مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية (ELP): مستوى 5 أو أعلى.
اللياقة الطبية: شهادة طبية صالحة من الفئة 1.

طيار اختبار صيانة AW139 (Maintenance Test Pilot AW139)

المتطلبات الدنيا

إجمالي ساعات الطيران: 3,000 ساعة.
ساعات الطيار المسؤول (PIC): 1,000 ساعة.
الحد الأدنى لساعات MTP على AW139: 200 ساعة.
رخصة ATPL مع تقييم الأجهزة (Instrument Rating - IR).
مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية (ELP): مستوى 5 أو أعلى.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كطيار اختبار صيانة.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة فحص صيانة (Maintenance Examiner Certification).

مدرب معدات دعم الحياة في الطيران (Aviation Life Support Equipment Instructor)

المؤهلات الدنيا

رخصة أو شهادة صيانة طائرات مدنية، مثل شهادة (Mechanical) A&P أو رخصة B1.
درجة البكالوريوس في صيانة الطائرات (هيكل/محرك، كهرباء/إلكترونيات الطيران، تقنية صيانة الطائرات) مفضل.
شهادة تدريب المدربين (Train-the-Trainer) أو قبول/اعتماد من جهة مدنية أو عسكرية مفضّل.

الخبرة المطلوبة

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تعليم المواد التقنية (الصيانة) مع جهة تصنيع طائرات/محركات/مكونات رئيسية أو ضمن منظمة صيانة طائرات مدنية/عسكرية.
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التخصص المطلوب (A&P أو إلكترونيات الطيران) مع قدرة مثبتة على التدريب.
يفضل خبرة سابقة في وحدات الطيران العسكري.
معرفة وخبرة في منهجيات التدريب وإدارة التعليم باستخدام نهج الأنظمة (مثل SAT أو ADDIE).
