Experience in UAE real estate sales or brokerage is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong potential are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Facility Operations Supervisor
Oversee daily facility operations with a focus on electrical systems, while having working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. Supervise teams, coordinate permits, and ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently. Support preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records using Odoo.
Strong expertise in electrical systems, knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance, leadership experience, and ability to manage compliance and safety standards.
Property Sales Agent - Dutch Speaker
Identify and connect with potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market to promote and sell real estate offerings. Arrange and conduct property viewings, provide expert consultations, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Dutch and English communication, strong customer service skills, sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market.
