Warehouse Assistant

Job Brief:

Responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, assisting in order fulfillment and shipping processes, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Policies & Procedures:

• Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures.

Warehouse Coordination:

• Receive, move, and store incoming products after clearing or local direct purchase

• Inspect all products received to ensure none are damaged or missing

• Report shipment status to the WH Coordinator and communicate delays

Inventory:

• Sort and store products in designated areas using FIFO/FEFO methods

• Prepare custom kits and labeling as required, ensuring accuracy

• Assist in monthly physical inventory counts and report discrepancies

• Check stock expiry regularly and remove expired items per instructions

مسؤول عن استلام وتخزين وتنظيم البضائع داخل المستودع. يضمن إدارة المخزون بدقة ويساعد في تنفيذ الطلبات وعمليات الشحن. كما يشمل الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة.

السياسات والإجراءات:

• الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات شركة الزهراوي حسب الاقتضاء.

تنسيق المستودع:

• استلام ونقل وتخزين المنتجات الواردة بعد التخليص أو الشراء المحلي المباشر.

• فحص جميع المنتجات المستلمة والتأكد من عدم تلفها أو فقدان أي منها.

• الإبلاغ عن حالة الشحنات الواردة للمسؤول المختص وإبلاغه بأي تأخير مع ذكر السبب.

المخزون:

• فرز وتخزين المنتجات في المناطق المخصصة (رفوف أو صناديق) وفق ترتيب محدد وطريقة FIFO/FEFO حسب توجيهات مسؤول المستودع.

• إعداد مجموعات مخصصة ووضع الملصقات وفق متطلبات العملاء والتأكد من دقتها.

• المساعدة في العد الشهري للمخزون المادي والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.

• متابعة صلاحية المخزون بشكل دوري وإزالة العناصر المنتهية الصلاحية حسب تعليمات المسؤول.

• الإبلاغ عن أي عناصر تالفة أو مفقودة.
